Explore what we offer
1+1 Peer Support
Our individual peer support sessions offer personalized, compassionate guidance from someone who has walked a similar path. Whether you're navigating challenges in recovery, mental health, or life transitions, our trained peer specialists provide a nonjudgmental space to listen, validate, and empower.
With a focus on self-determination and client autonomy, we work alongside you to help uncover your strengths, set meaningful goals, and take actionable steps toward healing and growth.
Diversity + Inclusion Training
Our Diversity and Inclusion Training is tailored to create more equitable and empathetic spaces for all. We provide educational workshops and resources that emphasize cultural competence, intersectionality, and the value of lived experiences.
This training is ideal for organizations and individuals looking to foster an environment of respect, understanding, and empowerment for marginalized communities, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals.
Group Peer Support
Group Peer Support provides a safe and inclusive environment for individuals to connect, share, and grow. Led by trained facilitators with lived experience, our groups are designed to foster mutual understanding and resilience. Whether you're navigating suicidal ideation (Alt2Su - Alternative to Suicide), recovery, exploring your identity, or seeking a sense of community, these sessions offer a space for open dialogue, shared experiences, and collective healing. Together, we build strength and empower one another to face life’s challenges with courage and support.
We accept insurance
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and offer sliding-scale services to ensure financial accessibility. We know that underrepresented communities, including young people, often face challenges in accessing affordable and affirming care, and we don’t want cost to be a barrier to getting the support you deserve. If you have questions about payment options, we’re here to help!
